The Power of 3

3 surprise farewell parties... 3 farewell dinners... 3 farewell lunches... and many tears later, I am left with only 3 hours before leaving on my much anticipated adventure. It's been a tough few weeks having to say good-bye to everyone. I am absolutely overwhelmed with the great lengths some people went through in order to make me feel so special and loved. I don't know how I got so lucky to have such great family and friends around me, but I am eternally grateful. I certainly will miss my life in Toronto.

Here is a quick recap of the love fest.

Today was the day reality finally set in. I went to pick up the RV today and it honestly is not as gigantic as I had imagined however, it certainly has aesthetically surpassed anything I had expected. Here are a few pics:

Feeling Nostalgic...

Over the past few months, I've been spending a lot of time with both G&J's families and have grown a major attachment to them all. It's a great feeling to have a family really embrace you like their own. Perhaps it's just the emotions that weddings create or maybe it's heightened by the fact that I'm leaving in under 3 weeks that I'm starting to feel nostalgia about all my family and friends who I will be leaving behind in Toronto. I guess its true when they say distance (or at least the thought of it) makes the heart grow fonder...

Craziness is Over, Nerves Start to Kick In...

With only 3 weeks and 2 weekends left, I am left with a lot of mixed emotions. Because of G&J's wedding and other social events occupying most of my time these past few months, I didn't have much time to actually think about my big move. But now that it's all over, I am starting to feel really excited and nervous at the same time. Excited because I am about to leave on an adventure of a lifetime. Nervous because there is still so much to do before I leave. AAAAHHHHHH!
